We have developed a simple 'self-service' website, so that you can check if your vehicle is affected.
All you need to do is enter the VIN (Vehicle Identification Number) details of your vehicle. If your vehicle is unaffected, or was affected and has had the service action applied, it will show as unaffected on the website.
Please note that it can take up to 28 days from your vehicle having the technical measure applied for the website to show the service action as completed.
How to find your VIN
You can find your VIN in the front of the service book or at the bottom of the windscreen on the right hand side (as you look into the vehicle from the outside).
