Infotainment Online*

The Infotainment Online services make your everyday travelling and exploring even easier. Plan your routes, rely on up-to-date maps and traffic information, or search for points of interest along the way, including parking spaces and petrol or charging stations.

Care Connect: Remote Access*

Take advantage of your car being online and access it from anywhere. Check its status, remind yourself where you're parked, control basic functions (from unlocking/locking to air conditioning to charging), get notifications when the anti-theft alarm goes off and access the car's Digital Certificate.

Care Connect: Remote Access (Electric vehicles)^

Remote Access services specific to electric vehicles form a separate package of features that allow you to control charging and ensure thermal comfort before getting into the car.

Care Connect: Proactive Service^

This package offers practical features to simplify car care. Keep your favourite car settings available in different Škoda cars, get an overview of the car's technical condition and benefit from convenient service scheduling. At the same time, have peace of mind knowing that if you need advice on your car, or in the event of a technical fault or even a minor accident, help is at your fingertips.

eCall^

Should you get into an accident, your Škoda can call for help. If the cars sensors report a major accident , the eCall service (Emergency Call in older models) will contact emergency services and automatically send the information needed to get help as quickly as possible. You can also establish a connection manually if you have witnessed an accident.

Give your exploration a new dimension! Expand the capabilities of your car and its infotainment system with one of our Infotainment apps.

Excited about Škoda Connect services? Here's how to activate them, or renew those that have expired.

Activation in three steps

Step 1

Download the MyŠkoda app to your mobile device. You can use this QR code to do so.

Step 2

Log in with your Škoda ID or create a new one if you don't have one yet.

Step 3

Enter the Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) and follow the instructions to complete the registration.

Service Scheduling

Service scheduling is a part of the Proactive Service – Care Connect package. Select your preferred Authorised Repairer in Škoda Connect and your car will inform them directly if any maintenance or repair is needed. Simple and Comfortable!
