Technical literature is provided by ŠKODA and is available here.
Before contacting the ŠKODA Technical Team, we hope you understand that our preconditions are that you have the literature required, a sufficiently trained technician and the necessary tools and measurement equipment.
If you have met the above preconditions then please complete our technical escalation form*. Please make sure you have the vehicle identification number/s (VIN) and engine number/s to hand and also ensure that the form is completed in full and an up to date diagnostic log is submitted, where required. Failure to do so may lead to delays in assistance.
If you would like any information about technical or non-technical training please contact our National Learning Centre and they will be able to help you with details of available courses and how to book. The National Learning Centre can be contacted on 01908 601595 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
After consulting the free to use tools and equipment catalogue on Erwin please email email@example.com.
