Car Finance Account FAQs

Who can view their account online?

Any private individual (non-business) customers with a Personal Contract Plan, Contract Hire, Lease Purchase or Hire Purchase Agreement can access their Škoda car finance account online now, but we will be adding more access for other products soon. If you need to discuss another account type with us, please be aware that although we are working hard to answer all our customer calls, you may experience a longer wait than usual. How can I register to manage my account online?

Signing up is simple and only takes minutes. To register, you will need to input your email address and a password which should be at least 6 characters.

For security reasons we need to validate your details with the following information (as stated in your agreement with us):

  • Your first name and surname
  • Your date of birth
  • Your vehicle registration number
  • The last 4 digits of your 8-digit bank account number
What can I see on my dashboard?

On your dashboard you can see all your active Škoda car finance agreements and the details associated with them, including contract details, vehicle details and your details. Actions you can carry out include:

  • Change payment date
  • Change contact and personal details
  • Request a settlement figure or documents
  • Pay arrears
  • Change bank account
  • Review end of contract options
  • View and retrieve documents which have previously been sent to you
  • Request contact
Where can I retrieve documents relating to my finance or servicing agreement(s)?

You will be able to retrieve some documents that have previously been sent to you. Please login to view your Document Centre.

How can I check my car finance balance?
  1. Login/Register: Sign in to your account (or register if you haven't already).
  2. Manage Account: Once logged in, you can view your agreement details, payment history, and request specific statements, including an amortisation statement showing your remaining capital and interest.
How do I close my car finance account?

Your options are dependent on the type of agreement you have (Personal Contract Plan, Contract Hire, Lease Purchase or Hire Purchase) and whether you’re in the cooling-off period. To view details, manage your account and request figures, sign in to your account (or register if you haven't already).
