Škoda 100 reborn: Classic spirit meets Modern Solid

Now, Škoda is shining a modern spotlight on another milestone from its past with the reveal of a new, all-electric reinterpretation of the Škoda 100 – the brand’s first ever million selling model.
Škoda Auto produces 100,000th all-electric Elroq
Škoda Auto has produced 100,000 units of the all-electric Elroq since its launch earlier this year. The milestone car is an Elroq vRS in Hyper Green. As the first model with Škoda’s Modern Solid design, it’s built on a flexible line alongside the Enyaq and Octavia, enabling EV and ICE production. The Elroq ranks second among Europe’s best-selling BEVs in 2025 and has earned major awards, including the Red Dot Design Award and ‘German Car of the Year 2026’, highlighting strong demand for Škoda’s electric SUVs.
Škoda Auto enters Saudi Arabian market
Škoda Auto is advancing its internationalisation strategy by entering the fast-growing Saudi Arabian market in partnership with SAMACO Motors, which has represented other Volkswagen Group brands in the country for more than 15 years. The portfolio includes the Octavia hatchback and the Kushaq, Karoq and Kodiaq SUVs. The Superb hatchback and estate will follow soon. In 2026, Škoda will introduce the Slavia compact saloon. Retail sites will open in Jeddah, Al Khobar, and Riyadh.

Škoda Auto confirms 3rd place in European car market
Škoda Auto posted strong results in Q1–Q3 2025: revenue rose to €22.344B (+9.5%), operating profit to €1.790B (+5.4%), and net cash flow reached €1.934B (–2.8%). RoS held steady at 8.0%. Global deliveries hit 765,700 units (+14.1%), with 616,300 in Europe, securing 3rd place. BEV/PHEV share rose to 24.1% (2024: 11.1%), led by Elroq and Enyaq. Elroq surpassed 100K orders. India saw record growth (+106.1%), and Vietnam began production of Kushaq and Slavia.
Škoda Auto partners Bolero UCI Gravel World Championships
Škoda Auto is an official partner of the Bolero UCI Gravel World Championships for the first time. Held this weekend in Limburg, the fourth edition unites elite pros and amateur riders on the same course. Škoda marks 130 years with fastest-ever Fabia: the 130
Škoda is marking 130 years of innovation and performance with a special addition to its line-up: the Fabia 130. Building on the specification of the current Monte Carlo variant, the special-edition model is Škoda’s fastest series-produced Fabia model to date with an output of 177 PS and a top speed 142 mph.
Coffee on electric wheels: Elroq and Enyaq serving coffee
Thanks to the cutting-edge technology of Škoda’s electric vehicles, excellent coffee can now be enjoyed in unexpected places. Škoda backs UCI MTB World Championships as official partner
Škoda Auto is an official partner of the UCI Mountain Bike World Championships for the first time this year. The event runs from 30 August to 14 September across seven venues in Valais, Switzerland. Škoda is supplying 13 electrified vehicles and designing the ‘hot seat’ for downhill race leaders. Škoda Auto as main partner of Prague Pride 2025
Škoda Auto took part in the 15th Prague Pride Festival for the 4th consecutive year and, for the first time, served as the event’s main partner. More than 100 employees joined workshops and the main parade. Colleagues from partner organisations 42 Prague, Digiteq Automotive and Škoda Auto University also marched alongside the Škoda team. Festival-goers were able to view the Elroq Respectline, a car celebrating mutual respect, diversity and inclusion. In June this dedication earned the company the Pride Business Forum’s Award in Bronze category for LGBTQ+ Friendly Employer.
Tour de France Femmes avec Zwift Finale
This year, Škoda Auto again served as the official main partner of the Tour de France Femmes avec Zwift, the largest women’s cycling event. In addition to the year-round vehicle fleet provided to the organiser A.S.O., the Czech carmaker supplied a fleet of 32 electrified Enyaq and Superb iV vehicles. Also, Škoda Design created the green crystal trophy for the winner of the points classification, Lorena Wiebes. The 2025 staging saw 154 riders in 22 teams compete over nine stages and 1,165 kilometres – the longest route in the event’s history.
Škoda UK introduces £1,500 ‘Grant Guarantee’‡
Škoda UK is offering a £1,500 ‘Grant Guarantee’‡ from 1 August, giving customers a saving when they order selected Elroq and Enyaq SUV models* by 31 August and take delivery with the new ‘75’ plate from 1 September 2025. The initiative, which covers 11 models in Škoda’s award-winning line-up (excluding Enyaq Coupé), ensures that customers benefit from a lower price, ahead of the Government confirming eligibility for its recently-announced Electric Car Grant.

A legend returns to Le Mans: Škoda Sport back after 75 years

The 112th Tour de France gets underway tomorrow, and Škoda Auto is once again joining as the main partner – its 22nd year in this role. The carmaker is providing up to 225 fully electric or plug-in hybrid support vehicles for the organisers. Among them will be two ‘Red Cars’ – the new Škoda Enyaq and Superb iV – for Race Director Christian Prudhomme. Škoda is also the longstanding sponsor of the green jersey for the leader of the points classification and supplies the trophies for the overall winner, points leader, mountain classification leader, and best young rider.

Škoda has dominated the 2025 Auto Express New Car Awards by claiming no fewer than four category wins along with the coveted Car of the Year award. In a remarkable haul of silverware, the new Elroq took top honours by winning both its sector and the overall title. Škoda Auto lays foundation of state-of-the-art paint shop
Škoda Auto has taken another significant step toward future-proofing its main plant in Mladá Boleslav by laying the foundation stone for an advanced paint shop. Scheduled to open in 2029, the facility will have a daily capacity of up to 1,600 units. The state-of-the-art facility will utilise automation, robotics, and advanced technologies to enhance the quality of each protective coating applied. Capable of painting vehicles built on both internal combustion (ICE) and electric platforms, the facility will significantly enhance operational efficiency and flexibility.
Škoda Fabia RS Rally2 drivers chase more WRC2 points
The upcoming Acropolis Rally Greece (26-29 June 2025) is one of the toughest gravel events across the calendar of the 2025 FIA World Rally Championship (WRC). On the back of their WRC2 victory at Rally Italia Sardegna, Italian Škoda pairing Roberto Daprà/Luca Guglielmetti aim again for a top position. Britain‘s Gus Greensmith, who shares a Škoda Fabia RS Rally2 with Swedish co-driver Jonas Andersson, aims to improve on his fourth position in the current WRC2 overall standings.

The new Škoda Enyaq has added another award to its growing list of industry accolades by scooping one of the automotive world’s more unique awards. Thanks to its exceptional practicality and calming drive, the all-electric SUV and Coupé was named Best Car for Dogs at Autotrader’s annual Drivers’ Choice Awards.
Škoda L&K 130: Student Car No. 10
The tenth Škoda Student Car sees 28 trainees writing another chapter in the history of the Škoda Academy in Mladá Boleslav. The Škoda L&K 130 and its special colour scheme pay homage to company founders Václav Laurin and Václav Klement, who started by building bicycles 130 years ago. The one-off model is the first Student Car to be based on the Škoda Superb Estate model. With a pick-up-like loading area and many clever ideas, it is designed as a support vehicle for professional bicycle races.
The new Enyaq RS Race
Škoda Motorsport is showcasing the latest version of its recently presented all-electric racing car concept: the new Enyaq RS Race. Rooted in the Czech brand’s racing DNA, this concept supports the development of innovative technologies and sustainable materials. The lower and wider concept car incorporates innovative, sustainable biocomposite parts that provide the same rigidity and weight advantages as carbon fibre, contributing to an overall weight reduction of more than 300kg.
