1. This Promotion is open to residents of Great Britain aged 18 or over, excluding employees of the Promoter, its agents and anyone professionally associated with this Promotion.

3. Promotion Period: Enter between 00:01 01/02/26 – 00:00 09/03/26 inclusive.

5. You will need to provide your details (name, email address, and contact telephone number) for us to be able to dispatch any prizes.

6. There is 1 prize to be won. A maximum of 1 entry is permitted per person during the Promotion Period.

7. The Prize: A £650 Parkdean Resorts voucher. There is no cash alternative. This prize can be applied to any Parkdean Resorts holiday home, lodge, glamping accommodation or touring and camping holidays in 2026 , subject to availability at the time of booking.

8. This £650 voucher includes the cost of a pet supplement, which you will be required to add at the time of booking. The cost of a pet supplement is £50, meaning that after inclusion of the pet supplement, you have £600 towards the cost of accommodation and any extras. Any additional extras such as dining options, cots, bed guards and highchairs that increase the cost of the booking over £650 will be chargeable in addition in line with standard Parkdean Resorts’ standard booking Terms and Conditions, available at www.parkdean-resorts.co.uk/terms-and-conditions.

9. If the booking costs more than £650, the winner must pay the difference. The winner will need to pay the additional amount at the time of making the booking. If the cost of the booking is less that £650, the remaining amount from the prize cannot be refunded or given to the winner in any form, such as cash or credit.

10. The break must be claimed within one holiday booking arriving before 31st December 2026 .

11. Winner Selection: One winner will be picked at random from all valid entries.

12. Winner Notification: The winner will be informed via email if they have been successful, and the subsequent prize (in the form of a discount code) will be dispatched within 10 working days. The promotor will require the winner’s address in order to dispatch the prize (See point 19 for data handling terms). The winner must call Parkdean Resorts directly using a contact number provided, and use the discount code provided in order to make the booking. The code cannot be used for booking online.

13. The Promoter may request that the winner participates in publicity arising from the Promotion. Participation is at the winner’s discretion and is not a condition of prize acceptance.

14. The Promoter seeks to run a fair and secure promotion and prevent abuse and cheating. If you enter in a way that is not consistent with these Terms & Conditions, your entry (and any of your associated aliases) will be disqualified. Any Prize awarded may be void and recoverable, and the Promoter reserves the right to bar you from entering future promotions for a period of at least six months. For this reason, the Promoter reserves the right at any point to:

a. Verify the eligibility of entrants and/or the provisional winner by requesting such information it considers reasonably necessary for this purpose. Entry or a Prize may be withheld until verification is completed.

b. Disqualify entrants who tamper with the entry process.

c. Disqualify entries which, in some other way, do not meet the requirements of these Terms & Conditions.

d. Cancel, modify or suspend the Promotion should it not be capable of running as planned for reasons including but not limited to tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, dishonesty, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion.

15. The Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for monetary value or for any other form of compensation. If for any reason the Prize or any element of the Prize is not available, the Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion to substitute that Prize or element of the Prize for another of equal or greater value.

16. No responsibility can be taken for entries which are lost, delayed, corrupted, damaged, misdirected or incomplete or which cannot be delivered for any technical, delivery or other reason. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt.

17. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies are not liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this Promotion or accepting or using the Prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. Nothing will exclude the Promotor’s liability for death or personal injury as a result of its negligence.

18. The Promoter will not be liable for any delay or failure to comply with its obligations for reasons beyond its reasonable control arising from but not limited to Acts of God, global or regional epidemic or pandemic, adverse weather conditions, fire, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, plague or other natural calamities, or any other circumstances.

19. All personal data supplied for this Promotion will be used solely for the purpose of this Promotion by the Promoter and/or by any agent appointed by it to assist with running the Promotion and will not be disclosed to an unconnected third party unless your positive consent has been obtained. 20. If any part/s of these Terms & Conditions are legally ruled to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the remainder will not be affected and will continue in full force and effect.

21. By entering, you will be deemed to have agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. The holiday booked by the winner will also be subject to Parkdean Resorts booking terms and conditions, which are available at www.parkdean-resorts.com/ terms-and-conditions

22. If there is a discrepancy between these Terms & Conditions and those in any promotional material, these Terms & Conditions will prevail.

23. These Terms & Conditions are governed by English law and their interpretation and application will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
