Please read these terms and conditions carefully. These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to Škoda's Forest Holidays promotion (the "Offer"). By participating in or redeeming the Offer, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

The promoter is Volkswagen Group United Kingdom Limited, trading as Škoda ("Škoda"), whose registered office is at Yeoman's Drive, Blakelands, Milton Keynes MK14 5AN.

The promotion partner is The Marketing Lounge Partnership Limited ("MLP") - a company registered in England and Wales under the company number 6467245, at the registered address of: The Marketing Lounge Partnership), The Cow Shed, Walnut Tree, Lower Stretton, Warrington WA4 4PG.

1 The Offer will begin on 8th May 2026 and end on 17th May 2026 (the "Offer Period").

2 The Offer is open to:

• UK residents, 18+;

• private retail customers only (cash and PCP customers). Excluding contract hire.

3 Offer not open to employees of Volkswagen Group United Kingdom Limited, their agents or contractors, Volkswagen Group brand retailers and anyone else connected with the promotion.

4 Fleet customers (limited companies and other businesses with five or more vehicles) are not eligible to participate in the Offer.

5 All eligible customers who purchase a Škoda Kodiaq from a participating retailer during the Offer Period and register their vehicle by 30th September 2026 will receive a break at a Forest Holidays property (the "Holiday").

6 Once you have placed your order, Škoda will provide details of your order and contact details to MLP so that MLP can contact you and send you booking information.

7 Eligible customers will receive a booking pack about their Holiday. MLP will mail this pack to your home address. The pack will contain your unique booking code (the "Unique Booking Code") and details of the dedicated booking team who will manage your booking and connect you with the Forest Holidays team.

8 You will not be able to book the Holiday until after handover and registration of your new vehicle.

9 The Holiday is subject to the following terms and conditions:

• The Offer entitles two adults and up to 6 children to either a 4 night midweek break or a 3 night weekend break at a participating Forest Holidays venue, on an accommodation only basis, free of charge with no obligation to purchase meals or beverages.

• The following Forest Holidays venues are participating: Ardgartan Argyll, Blackwood Forest, Cropton, Deerpark, Forest of Dean, Garwnant, Keldy, Sherwood Forest, Strathyre and Thorpe Forest.

• The following Forest Holidays venues are not part of the Offer: Beddgelert, Delamere and Glentress.

• The Offer is based on two adults and up to 6 children sharing a ‘Silver Birch’ cabin with a maximum of 4 bedrooms.

• Supplements will be chargeable for reservations that fall on, include, or coincide with the following nationally recognised school holiday periods;

i. October Half Term

ii. Christmas

iii. Easter

iv. May Bank Holiday

v. Summer

• Accommodation upgrades, peak period supplements (as above), and any additional extras (e.g. adding Forest Ranger adventures) are chargeable and are to be paid for by the customer at the time of booking. Should your requirements differ from this standard offering, please notify Forest Holidays' Reservations Department at the time of booking.

• Bookings must be made by 31st January 2027, and holidays taken by 31st December 2027.

• At least one adult (and a maximum of two) must be included on the booking. The Offer is not available to unaccompanied children.

• Meals and beverages are not included in the Offer. Any payment for meals and beverages will need to be settled with the venue at the time of purchase or when checking out of the venue.

• It is the customer’s responsibility to inform the applicable venue directly of any dietary requirements and/or food allergies prior to arrival. Customers are strongly advised to confirm their dietary requirements directly with the venue no later than 24 hours prior to their reservation.

• This Offer can only be redeemed by the eligible customer this gift was issued to and cannot be transferred, gifted or sold.

• Bookings can only be made at the venues listed on www.skoda.co.uk website. Any venues or pricing publicised by Forest Holidays on any other webpage, including www.forestholidays.co.uk, or in any other marketing materials should be disregarded in relation to this Offer.

• The Offer applies to bookings made in advance and does not apply to guests altering a visit after a booking is made. Any changes made after booking may be treated as a cancellation. The Offer is only available on the original unamended/uncancelled booking.

• If you cancel your booking, your Unique Booking Code will become void and no monies will be refunded. Any payments made for room upgrades, or meals for the length of your stay will not be refunded.

• All stays are subject to venue availability. This availability will fluctuate throughout the year, meaning your preferred date at a particular venue may not be available, and MLP will endeavour to find the best alternative for you at the time of booking.

• Bookings are made on a non-transferable basis; rooms are pre-paid for and reserved prior to arrival in accordance with the original booking.

• All information published within this Offer including but not limited to venue listings, venue facilities, pricing for supplements, upgrades and meals is correct at the time of this Offer going live. Information and pricing is at the venue’s discretion and is subject to change without notice.

• The images shown are for illustration purposes only and may not be an exact representation of the venue or service.

• Cost of travel to the venue and the cost of any travel or holiday insurance associated with the use of the Offer is excluded and is entirely at the expense of each individual. Spending money is not included within the Offer.

• A maximum of one Unique Booking Code can be used per single booking.

• Each venue has confirmed its willingness to participate in this promotion.

• The terms and conditions of each venue apply to your booking, and can be found at www.forestholidays.co.uk/terms-and-conditions/

• Venues provide their own public liability insurance. Individuals may take out their own private insurance. If you suffer any personal loss, damage to property or injury at featured venues, please liaise directly with the venue.

10 There is a maximum of one Holiday per car purchased.

11 The Offer cannot be combined with other Forest Holidays' offers but can be used in conjunction with other Škoda offers on vehicle order/purchase.

12 The Offer is not available retrospectively in connection with purchases made outside of the Offer Period. Please speak to your Škoda Retailer for more information.

13 The Holiday is non-refundable and there is no cash or other alternative.

14 MLP and Škoda reserve the right to delay, postpone, vary or cancel the Offer and/or to amend, vary or alter these Terms, to the extent it considers it necessary to do so.

15 If there is a conflict in these Terms with any other terms whatsoever attached to any other advertising material in respect of this Offer, these Terms will take precedence.

16 The Offer and these Terms (including any non-contractual disputes or claims arising out of them) are subject to English law. Any disputes must be referred to the English courts. Consumers in Scotland and Northern Ireland may additionally bring an action in their home courts.
