Optional Park Assist helps the driver to park the vehicle in a line of parallel-parked or a row of perpendicular-parked vehicles, and also to exit from such parking spots. The system controls the steering, braking and direction of travel (forwards or backwards). It also detects objects and pedestrians and avoids collisions with them.

A useful component of optional Park Assist is Trained Parking, which is used for the automatic completion of a parking manoeuvre in a parking spot that is in a familiar environment, e.g. at home. The car automatically controls the steering, braking and direction of travel (forwards or backwards), while continuously monitoring the surrounding area, detecting objects and pedestrians, and preventing collisions with them. Trained Parking is able to park the car in a parking space in a known environment over a greater distance (up to 50 m).

Another useful component of optional Park Assist is Remote Parking, which is used to automatically park the car in a line of parallel-parked or a row of perpendicular-parked vehicles, and also to exit from such parking spots, while you stand outside the car and control it remotely via the MyŠkoda app.

The Park Distance Control warns of the potential risk of colliding with obstacles during parking by drawing data from the sensors, the driving parameters, and the steering wheel angle. To avoid those parking situations where you don’t brake in time in response to the distance alerts, the Enyaq Coupé incorporates Manoeuvre Assist, a feature that stops the car and prevents collision.

Providing you with comfort and orientation during a parking procedure, the rear-view camera uses a camera located on the tailgate handle. Working with the infotainment screen, the system shows the space behind the car and indicates dynamic guide lines, based on the vehicle width.

Want to know exactly what’s happening around the car? The optional Area View system shows, on an infotainment display, several different angles around the vehicle, captured with the wide-angle lenses of four cameras mounted at the front and rear and on the wing-mirror covers. A 360-degree panoramic view of the vehicle makes it easier to park or manoeuvre in narrow streets.
