The Škoda 4x4 model range: Safe driving in all weather
Škoda Auto continues to build on its long-standing all-wheel-drive heritage and currently offers customers its broadest 4x4 portfolio across a wide range of segments: from the Octavia and Superb, through the Karoq and Kodiaq SUVs, to the all-electric Elroq and Enyaq models. State-of-the-art all-wheel-drive technology improves traction, stability, safety and comfort by supporting driving dynamics in demanding conditions, for example on wet roads, snow and unpaved surfaces.
Škoda Motorsport marks 125 years with Fabia RS Rally2
Škoda Motorsport’s legacy dates back to 1901, when it started with motorcycle racing events. In the present day, victories and titles are fought for and won in in the WRC2 category of the FIA World Rally Championship, the FIA European Rally Championship and other regional and national rally series. To celebrate its 125 years anniversary, Škoda Motorsport is equipping each new Škoda Fabia RS Rally2 sold to customers with additional features for the anniversary year.
Kodiaq gains the X factor: special Edition X model
Škoda is adding a special limited-edition model to its award-winning Kodiaq line-up. The new Kodiaq Edition X marks 10 years since the unveiling of the SUV that helped transform Škoda into the brand it is today. The new model, which features a value-packed standard specification, celebrates the ongoing success of Škoda’s flagship SUV, which has sat at the top of the brand’s product line-up since its introduction in 2016. Priced at £40,590 OTR (P11D £39,995), the new Kodiaq Edition X sits below the Government Expensive Car Supplement threshold, meaning even lower running costs for owners.
AirConsole, Škoda Play and Spotify to BEV infotainment
Škoda has updated the infotainment systems of its all-electric Enyaq (with software 4.0 and higher) and Elroq models, adding new on-board entertainment features: the AirConsole gaming platform, the Škoda Play video service offering personalised news and learning content from a wide range of authorised partners, and native Spotify integration.
Škoda Auto steps up production in 2025
In 2025, 1,065,000 Škoda cars were produced worldwide, representing a year-on-year increase of 15%. In addition, the carmaker built more than 329,000 battery systems for Škoda electric and plug-in hybrid vehicles, as well as for other Volkswagen Group models, along with more than 1,030,000 transmissions and over 500,000 engines.
