Škoda Test Drive is an online service that connects customers with Škoda dealers. It helps you to easily book a test drive at a time that suits you and shows you precisely which car will be ready for your test drive.

Do I need to register?

To book a test drive, you need to register by completing your profile. There is no need to register before browsing available cars by date, location and any filters.

What do I need to do to use Škoda Test Drive?

You need to register by creating a simple profile on the website. The process takes only a few moments. After completing your profile, you can book your first test drive.

Who can register, and what is required?

Anyone 18 or older with a valid driver's licence can register. To complete your profile, verify your email and enter basic personal information.

How do I book a car?

After completing your profile, choose a vehicle in the search section that suits you and send the booking request. The test drive is confirmed instantly.

How can I contact my chosen Retailer?

The Retailer's contact details are shown directly in your booking, so if you need to get in touch for any reason you can contact them using the details shown.

Managing your Test Drives

Where can I see my upcoming test drives?

Log in and go to My Reservations. You‘ll find your bookings there.

How do I cancel a test drive?

You can cancel your confirmed test drive at any time, but we recommend doing it as early as possible.

Can I change the date of a test drive?

If you need to change your appointment, please contact your chosen Retailer. Alternatively, you can cancel the reservation and book a new one.

Insurance and Accidents

Do I need my own insurance?

No. All vehicles are fully insured. You do not need to provide any personal insurance.

What should I do if an accident happens?

If needed, first call the police or emergency services. Then notify your chosen Retailer. You will need to fill out an accident report on-site, or request a report from the police.

My Profile

How do I change my password, phone number, or email?

You can change your password using the Forgot Password option during login. To change your email or phone number, please contact customer support by email.

Can I delete my account?

Yes. You can delete your account in the My Profile section at the bottom of the page.
