Škoda Peaq – Terms and Conditions – Pre-Order T&Cs Škoda SONOS Play Speaker

Please read these terms and conditions carefully. These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to Škoda's free SONOS Play Speaker offer (the "Offer"). By participating in or redeeming the Offer, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

The promoter is Volkswagen Group United Kingdom Limited, trading as Škoda ("Škoda"), whose registered office is at Yeoman's Drive, Blakelands, Milton Keynes MK14 5AN.

If you have any queries about the Offer or these Terms then please contact your local Skoda Retailer:

1. The Offer will begin on 27th July 2026 and end once all 100 units are claimed, subject to availability.
2. The Offer is open to: UK residents, aged 18+; private retail customers (excluding contract hire) only. Cash and PCP purchases only.
3. Offer not open to employees of Volkswagen Group United Kingdom Limited, their agents or contractors, Volkswagen Group brand retailers and anyone else connected with the promotion.
4. Fleet customers (limited companies and other businesses with five or more vehicles) are not eligible to participate in the offer.
5. The Offer is available to the first one hundred (100) eligible customers who order a new Škoda Peaq from a participating Škoda Retailer on or after 27th July2026. The timing of pre-orders will be determined by Škoda's internal pre-order bank. Eligibility will only be confirmed once Škoda has verified that the customer is within the first one hundred (100) eligible pre-orders and has met all requirements set out in these Terms.
6. The Offer is available from participating Škoda Retailers only. Please contact your local Škoda Retailer to confirm whether they are participating in the Offer.
7. The Gift available as part of the Offer is a SONOS Play Speaker. The SONOS Play Speaker will be referred to as the "Gift" for the purposes of these Terms.
8. There will be one hundred (100) Gifts available but Škoda makes no guarantee that all will be awarded (e.g. if there is low participation).
9. If you are one of the first one hundred (100) eligible customers, the applicable Gift will be issued within 60 days after delivery of your vehicle. You are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery address details. Škoda will not be responsible for any delay, failed delivery or non-receipt of the Gift where this is caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery details provided by you.

The Gift specification details are as follows:

1. To receive the Gift you must: Be one of the first 100 customers to order a new Škoda Peaq from a participating retailer (the Škoda Retailer) and take delivery of your vehicle by 1st April 2027.
2. If you cancel the order for your vehicle (and the deposit is returned), do not take delivery of the vehicle by 1st April 2027, you will not be eligible for the Gift and Škoda reserves the right to award the Gift to an alternate purchaser.
3. If you return your vehicle, you will be required to return the Gift.
4. The Offer cannot be redeemed after purchase.
5. There is a maximum of one (1) Gift per person or per household.
6. The Offer can be used in conjunction with other offers.
7. The Offer is not available retrospectively. Please speak to your Škoda Retailer for more information.
8. Škoda reserves the right to delay, postpone, vary or cancel the Offer and/or to amend, vary or alter these Terms, to the extent it considers it necessary to do so.
9. If there is a conflict in these Terms with any other terms whatsoever attached to any other advertising material in respect of this Offer, these Terms will take precedence.
10. The Offer and these Terms (including any non-contractual disputes or claims arising out of them) are subject to English law. Any disputes must be referred to the English courts. Consumers in Scotland and Northern Ireland may additionally bring an action in their home courts.
11. Gifts are non-refundable and non-transferable, and there is no cash or other alternative to the Gift.
12. If the Gift is unavailable for any reason, Škoda reserves the right to substitute it with an alternative gift of equal or greater value.
