Doing things a little differently
At the moment we have to do things a little differently to try to ensure the safety of our staff and customers. So, we’re asking you to book a timed appointment with us before you visit. Ideally this should be for a maximum of two people from the same household. Alternatively, you can speak to us remotely via video call. Contact your retailer for more details.

Car parking space has been adjusted to maintain social distancing, and we’ve altered the layout of our showrooms and service areas to help people stay at least two metres apart.
There are many ways to view and experience our range. We continue to welcome virtual appointments where we can share information with you about our range and help you decide on the right ŠKODA for you. We aim to make any appointments at our showroom as efficient as possible, whether these are to view or test drive, or when the time comes, to hand over your new ŠKODA.
We’re committed to keeping the sales experience contactless wherever possible. Our team will explain each step of the way, including advice on how best to clean your part exchange vehicle before inspection and handover.
Our team will give you all the information you need ahead of your appointment, to ensure your sales experience is a simple and comfortable one. And afterwards, we’ll be online or at the end of the phone to help with any questions or queries you might have.
We’re offering different ways to care for you and your vehicle to maintain social distancing when your vehicle needs a service or maintenance. We want to ensure we maintain your vehicle and get you back on the road, as soon as possible, and will be using photographs and videos to minimise face to face contact.
We’ve enhanced our digital services to keep the aftersales experience contactless wherever possible.
We have introduced a 25-point sanitisation check for both inside and outside your vehicle as an addition to our existing cleaning measures. So, when we return your vehicle, you can be sure it is ready for you to drive right away.
