ŠKODA Fleet - SLA (Service Level Agreement)
- Up to 0.2 hours per visit free of charge fit wiper blades and exterior bulbs purchased from the retailer or authorised repairer.
- Courtesy car provided for warranty related work.
- Vehicles to be booked in with a lead time of no longer than three days, or five days if a courtesy car is required.
- Priority booking for emergency or safety-related work.
- Courtesy car or onward mobility arranged if the car is to be unexpectedly kept overnight.
- Free collection and delivery within a ten mile radius, or up to a twenty minute drive time in urban/ metropolitan areas.
- Collection and delivery not available for wiper blade or bulb replacement.
- Only genuine ŠKODA parts fitted every job.
- Car to be washed after every service.
- Named retailer or authorised repairer Fleet Aftersales contact.
- Review with Fleet Manager or driver of all work undertaken.
- Follow up contact with Fleet Manager or driver within three working days.
