ŠKODA Fleet - SLA (Service Level Agreement)

 

  • Up to 0.2 hours per visit free of charge fit wiper blades and exterior bulbs purchased from the retailer or authorised repairer.

  • Courtesy car provided for warranty related work.

  • Vehicles to be booked in with a lead time of no longer than three days, or five days if a courtesy car is required.

  • Priority booking for emergency or safety-related work.

  • Courtesy car or onward mobility arranged if the car is to be unexpectedly kept overnight.

  • Free collection and delivery within a ten mile radius, or up to a twenty minute drive time in urban/ metropolitan areas.

  • Collection and delivery not available for wiper blade or bulb replacement.

  • Only genuine ŠKODA parts fitted every job.

  • Car to be washed after every service.

  • Named retailer or authorised repairer Fleet Aftersales contact.

  • Review with Fleet Manager or driver of all work undertaken.

  • Follow up contact with Fleet Manager or driver within three working days.
