Not even a Škoda can tell you what's around the corner.

Payment protection can offer reassurance to businesses, which fund their vehicles through finance*. The business nominates an individual to be covered under the policy, Payment Protection then covers that individual’s ability to maintain the finance payments in the event of any issues.

There are three levels of cover available:

Payment protection is a beneficial safety net, giving you financial support when it counts and offers the following benefits:

Unemployment

If the nominated individual becomes unemployed through no fault of their own, we will cover:

• The monthly payments after the first 30 consecutive days of unemployment – up to £1,250 per month
• A further payment every 30 days (excluding final payment) up to a maximum of 12 payments

Accident and sickness

If the nominated individual cannot work for 14 days in a row as a result of an accident or sickness, we will cover:

• The monthly repayments – up to £2,000 per month
• A further payment for every 30 consecutive days that you are still unable to work (excluding final payment) – up to a maximum of 12 payments

Life, accidental death and critical illness

• We will cover all remaining payments (including final payment) – up to £50,000.
• In the unfortunate event of a death caused by an accident, an additional £3,000 will be paid on top of the Life benefit.
• If the nominated individual is diagnosed as being critically ill, we will cover all remaining payments (excluding final payment) – up to £20,000.
