If you bought a new ŠKODA after
1 January 2015 on contract hire, you are eligible to get instant access to an array of services from ŠKODA Driverline including Breakdown & Recovery, Service and Maintenance and more. As part of the service we’ve set up a dedicated 24-hour phone service, available 365 days a year - and what's more accessing our services couldn't be easier, simply call us and select the appropriate option.

Whether you’re in the UK or abroad, our breakdown partner will aim to get you back on the road as quickly as possible. Your comprehensive cover includes Roadside assistance, Recovery and At Home.
In the event of an accident Ensurance – ŠKODA’s accident and repair cover, guarantees that your ŠKODA will be repaired in a ŠKODA approved repairer using only genuine ŠKODA parts. It works alongside your existing comprehensive motor insurance policy, no matter who you are insured with, to help get your vehicle back on the road as smoothly as possible.
Book your vehicle in for mechanical repair or routine servicing within our approved service network. To make life a little easier we manage all the arrangements for you, so you don’t have to.
Our specialist tyre team are on hand to arrange an appointment and direct you to your local approved tyre centre.
